Meet Daren Staten
Daren Staten is a lifelong resident of
Butte County. She is proud to serve the citizens and businesses of her community.
She was formally educated and trained as a Legal Secretary, working for local law firms who specialized in Estate Planning and real estate transactions. Having worked in the legal field for over 35 years Daren is able to guide signers confidently and competently through all manner of financial and legal documents. She provides compassionate notary services in situations that may be challenging for people with mobility restrictions and those with health aliments. Daren follows all Covid-19 protocols.
Daren Staten’s high ethical standards, knowledge, and performance makes her a preferred signing agent for Fidelity Title and First American Title, as well as many of the nations top lenders, title, and escrow companies. She has 16 plus years of notary experience which includes over 800 loan signings successfully closed.
Ms. Staten is a certified, Notary Signing Agent - Bonded and carries a $1 million errors and omissions policy. She undergoes yearly background screenings and re-certification. Daren is a member in good standing of the National Notary Association, Notary Academy, and Notary Stars. She undergoes yearly background screenings as well as recertification as a signing agent.
