Notary Fees
$15 per notarized signature
Mobile Fees
$30 within 40 miles round trip
of Oroville
Beyond 40 miles fees will be calculated based on IRS
mileage rate $0.70 per mile.

Price negotiated based on package contents, travel, and additional accommodations.

LOCATIONS
We're here to serve all of Butte County! While we are a mobile notary for those who need it we also can host you in our office if that is more convenient. Or we can meet at your home, nursing facility, or your local coffee shop!
To best prepare for your appointment please arrive with the three following items.
1. Identification

Acceptable forms of identification include:
- 
Unexpired state issued Driver's License or Identification Card, U.S. Passport 
- 
Military ID Card 
- 
Alien Registration/Immigration Green Card, Mexican Consulate ID Card 
- 
If you have a missing, lost, or stolen ID you can use two credible witnesses who have their IDs as your form of identification. ​​

Unacceptable forms of identification:
- 
The state of California prohibits the use of temporary (paper) ID cards for identification purposes. 
- 
Digital IDs: At this time California Notaries are required to use physical plastic identification cards for notarizations.

2. Documents
- 
Please bring completed documents to be notarized. We cannot advise, prepare documents, or bring documents. 
3. Payment
- 
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, checks, Venmo, and PayPal. 
- 
Invoice billing available for businesses, Title and Escrow.
